This policy covers the AdCrafto website at adcrafto.com. The AdCrafto platform
has its own terms, shared with customers when they sign up.

## The short version

- You can read the whole site without accepting any cookies.
- We only load Microsoft Clarity after you click **Accept** on the cookie
  banner. If you click **Decline**, it never loads.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- You can change your choice at any time with **Cookie settings** in the footer.

## What we collect

### When you browse the site

Every website receives some technical data with each request: your IP address,
browser and device type, the page you asked for, and the page that linked you
here. Our hosting and network providers (Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare) use it
to serve pages, keep the site secure and stop abuse.

### Only if you accept analytics cookies

**Microsoft Clarity** shows us how pages are used through heatmaps and session
replays: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity masks sensitive text you
type into forms. We use this to find pages that confuse people, fix broken
flows, and decide what to improve next.

### When you contact us

If you email us or send the demo request form, we receive what you send —
usually your name, email address, company, city and message — and use it only
to reply and arrange a demo.

Microsoft may also set its own cookies on clarity.ms domains while Clarity runs.
Nothing in the "Yes" row is set until you click **Accept**.

## Changing your choice

Use **Cookie settings** in the site footer to open the banner again. If you
withdraw consent after accepting, analytics stays off from then on. You can
also delete cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, which brings
the banner back.

These providers may process data outside India, including in the United States.
They protect it under their own data-processing terms.

## How long we keep it

- Microsoft Clarity: session replays for 30 days; aggregated heatmaps and
  reports for up to 13 months.
- Emails and demo requests: as long as needed to help you, and for any period
  the law requires after that.

## Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and, if they apply
to you, the EU and UK GDPR — you can ask us to:

- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct or update it,
- delete it,
- withdraw consent you gave, without affecting what happened before.

Email [hello@adevolve.in](mailto:hello@adevolve.in) and we'll reply within 30
days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data
Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.

## Children

The site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't
knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

## Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change
affects what we collect or why, we'll ask for your consent again where the law
requires it.
