title: AdCrafto FAQs
description: Answers to common questions about AdCrafto — booking screens, selling inventory, demand types, proof-of-play, impressions and pricing.
faq:
  - question: What is AdCrafto?
answer: AdCrafto is an India-first DOOH (digital out-of-home) advertising marketplace where advertisers and agencies book ad time on digital screens and media owners sell it.
  - question: What does DOOH mean?
answer: DOOH stands for digital out-of-home — advertising shown on digital screens in public places such as roadsides, metro stations, malls, airports and cinemas.
  - question: Who can use AdCrafto?
answer: Advertisers buying for their own brand, agencies buying for their clients, and media owners selling the ad time on screens they own or operate.
  - question: Where are the screens?
answer: AdCrafto is built for India. Screens are listed by media owners with a location and venue type, and buyers filter them by city, area and PIN code.
  - question: Can I book a single screen?
answer: Yes. A campaign can run on one screen near your store or on many screens across several cities.
  - question: What venue types can I book?
answer: Roadside billboards, metro and transit, shopping malls, airports, cinemas, and gyms and hospitality, among others — depending on what media owners list.
  - question: How do I know my ad played?
answer: Every play is recorded with the creative, the screen and the time. That record is called proof-of-play.
  - question: Are impressions exact?
answer: No. Impressions are estimates of how many people could have seen an ad, and AdCrafto always labels them as estimates. Plays are the recorded numbers.
  - question: What are direct, self-serve and programmatic demand?
answer: They are the three ways a media owner's slots get filled — deals the media owner sells directly, bookings advertisers and agencies make themselves on AdCrafto, and ad time bought automatically by other ad-buying platforms.
  - question: Can media owners keep slots for their own content?
answer: Yes. Media owners choose which slots are for sale; the rest stay free for their own content.
  - question: How much does AdCrafto cost?
answer: Pricing isn't published because it depends on what you book or sell. Book a demo and we'll take you through it.
  - question: Who makes AdCrafto?
answer: AdCrafto is made by AdEvolve Technologies in Hyderabad, India.
